BLOODBATH IN ORANGEBURG
WHAT IS THE PRICE OF FREEDOM??
DO YOU KNOW WHO THESE MEN ARE?
Remember that night we wanted to hit the bowling alley, but it could only be Harry Floyd's alley because there was on other alley around? When we got there we couldn't get in because we were "coons". so we went back to our dorms... and as unarmed protesters in the front of South Carolina State's campus we where soon open fired on, turning the scene into a bloodbath. As "apparent threats" were shot in the soles of our feet, in the backs, and one young man in the middle of his front teeth.....THREE INNOCENT STUDENTS AGES 17-18 SLAUGHTERED, 27 OTHERS SEVERELY WOUNDED..
HAS THIS IMPORTANT EVENT EVEN BEEN MENTIONED?? NOPE!
IS IT ON PAGE 257 OF A HISTORY BOOK? NOPE!
THE REASON WHY ITS NOT AS WELL KNOWN AS THE UNDERGROUND RAILROAD OR EVEN TUPAC SHAKUR'S MURDER.. IS BECAUSE IT WAS PUT ON THA "HUSH HUSH", ERASED FROM HISTORY & PUBLIC MEMORY.....THE DEATHS OF MLK & KENNEDY IN THE FOLLOWING MONTHS, GAVE OFFICIALS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY TO SWEEP THESE SOULS UNDER THE RUG....
